To be honest, I expected any Dutch speaking person to have already cracked it, because of what the Dutch (amongst others) call a cheesecake.

I really can't say any more, it's so simple.

I speak Dutch (Belgium)

I have no idea.

(Maybe because I don't eat cheese)

Ah, Quarks! Where the hell do you buy a quark?
Well, apparently from Sainsburys!

The BBC have a recipe for lemon quark cheesecake (not to be confused with a Bose-Einstein condensate pudding …).

I will have to give this one to Smivs, even though he has forgotten to add the apostrophe.

The answer is indeed Quark's (better known as Quark's Bar).

Mind you, I am quite chuffed with the recipe for lemon quarke cheesecake. Thanks, Disembodied!

Anywayzzzzz,

over to you, Smivs.

Eh, what! I thought I said Sainsbury's :? Unless Quark's have taken over the Costa Coffee franchise there.

I really should get some Quarks - I already have Strangeness and Charm...

I'll be back a bit later with a question.
