mmm 30 fps. Is the framerate locked. On a 1070 card you should expect higher? Edited to add. But it looks super. Even with no OXP's.

I get a red error message that the application cannot start (error box 0xc00007b). Following is in the log. AVG and Windows defender are constantly picking at the exe. But I started it anyway. Ah yes. Bogathyr has exactly the same problem. It does not offer the resolution indeed. @ Another Commander: I try you tweaks tomorrow to see if that helps.

Do your have all the right cabling etc? HDMI 2.0 or DisplayPort 1.2 is needed for 4K 60Hz .
Yep I have the right cabling HDMI 2.0. I'm running Oolite on this monitor: http://www.lg.com/uk/monitors/lg-27UD58-B.

I cannot go higher than 2560 X 1440. Even on the latest Trunk under Win 10.
My card is able to go to full 4k and also have a 4k monitor. Any ideas?

Doesn't the Windows port of Oolite support 4K resolution already? This is an honest question, because I don't have 4K hardware to test, but I would expect the game to be able to see all resolutions provided by the graphics card driver and support the higher ones properly in 1.85 and later, where we...

Probably an old non-cubmapped texture. I believe there was a tool to fix this. But I'm out of the loop for long now. But I believe it should be fixable. I recognize it as an FP texture.
