Okay, did some experimenting... being in a cloaked state and being in any given alert condition are two separate things. Sorry about that ... it seemed that Scripters Cove would have been the best place for the post. Well... the block "this.alertConditionChanged", and whatever block that imposes a "Cloaked HUD" would have to communicate with each other, or they "run into each other" ... or... unless... the "Condition"...
