Is there/could there be some sort of power relay oxp? It would be useful in battle. For instance, say your power unit is being taxed by recharging your shields but in the long run you think that cloaking would be a better choice. How do you legitimately clear offender/fugitive status? I've edited the save file before but I feel like that takes some of the pleasure out of the game. Personally I'd rather pay the fine.
