Yeah, nah. If it's zero the condition test (0 & 1) should fail, not pass. Something else is happening. I managed to find the culprit, it's griff_station_bundle_fullsize_tex_v1.2.1.oxp .

I found a bug in griff_station_bundle_fullsize_tex_v1.2.1.oxp .

it misses a semicolon on line 469 of shipdata.plist (Rock hermit section) .

It should have an additional ; between 2 and } .

Svengali helped me overcome the biggest obstacles i faced wrt OxpConfig v3 , and i have finished updating several other oxps now.
My oolite to-do list is a lot shorter now, and OxpConfig is first item on it.
