Re: Sun Gear

Dybal, I have no idea how to explain your case. Testing MFD Configuration with Sun Gear, no issues. I declared Sun / Planet info MFD in GREEN state and Station Dock Control in YELLOW state. Seems it works as intended - I have seamless switching between MFD's synchronized with GREEN/YELLOW state. Hop...

Re: Hard Way

Thank you, Norby!
I'll think it over.
Just for clarity: ship exploding event in Hard Way not triggered by running out fuel per se, but by depletion of auxiliary energy bank. Having no fuel you have no ways to generate energy for ship reactor.

Re: Hard Way

In Fuel Tweaks, it plays with the built-in, standard fuel scooping method, allowing for additional fuel (ie more than 7LY worth) to be scooped at the same rate as normal. So it seems safe to install both OXPs - Fuel Tweaks and Hard Way - without problems of functional interference. So, are we looki...

Re: Hard Way

Well, we have issue with Hard Way - conflict with Fuel Collector . These OXPs uses different mechanisms of in-flight fuel collection. Dybal's proposal to override solar wind scooping realized in Hard Way if Fuel Collector equipment is installed is reasonable, but I think declaration of incompatibili...

Re: Two remarkable dates

What impressed me, and not necessarily in a positive way, is how the moon landing was politicized. And the most evident part of this tendency is increasing popularity of Moon hoax idea. AFAIK it was originated in US but now it is extremely popular in Russia. Sadly indeed. Due to modern telecommunic...

Re: Two remarkable dates

Sadly when the astronauts left the moon, they left behind mankind's legacy: discarded vehicles, space junk, litter ,photos. The same issue with Mt Everest too. Think LEM descent stages and lunar rovers are not litter. It will be part of expositions on Moon local museums in future maybe, like Nansen...

Two remarkable dates

Congratulation, gentlemen!
50 years ago humans from Earth stepped onto the Moon.
Let's remember another remarkable anniversary of this year. 500 years ago, 19 September 1519, Magellan sailed from Spain to begin first circumnavigation.

Sorry for delay, gentlemen. And thank you, Disembodied, for tip with Alt key to show Library in Go menu. I was using more complex way to access Library from Finder  Unfortunately, there is still issue with extracting OXZ files. I’m the only user of my Mac and almost all my applications install...
