Pencil and paper are always a good idea but you can also F5-F5 (F5 twice) to bring up your ship's manifest which should contain more information on your contracts. Have a look around in the folder in which Oolite got installed. In there should be a PDF with a name similar to "Oolite Reference Sheet"...
